We want to reach these aims through the following intellectual outcomes of Wear(e)able:
-
Intellectual Outcome 1: WE WANT TO KNOW!
We ask young people about their access to fashion, whether they are aware of fast fashion, whether they see problems in it and whether they know alternatives. Additionally, we make a country comparison between the partner countries and research best practice examples for sustainable fashion. O1 will thus deliver an expansive analysis of knowledge, requirements analysis and best practice collection.
-
Intellectual Outcome 2: WE WANT TO LEARN!
We develop target group-oriented learning materials. Based on the findings of O1 we design a state-of-the-art e-learning content on an interactive learning platform on sustainable fashion. We also design a guide for youth workers on how to work on the topic with young people and inspire them to do so. The outcome of O2 will thus be LEARNING MATERIAL – How to dress sustainably.
-
Intellectual Outcome 3: WE WANT TO ACT!
In all project partner countries, we develop practical actual activities, which are illustrated by concrete instructions for action and are then to be disseminated Europe-wide by peer guides and youth workers. We create different workshop settings and carry them out in order to jointly develop ideas and alternatives for plastic-free clothing. We record these on SetCards, which are designed to be sophisticated for young people and can be distributed online as well as offline. O3’s output is: Design Thinking – HOW TO BE best dressed sustainably. INSTRUCTIONS for Peer Guides and Multipliers.
-
Intellectual Outcome 4: WE WANT TO FEEL!
In addition to digital content, we also want to create something to touch. We want to create a real toolbox for sustainable fashion consumption. This includes various textiles, a sewing machine, upcycling tools and the creatively designed instructions for action. You can experiment with young people and the topic can be better internalized if something can be experienced with your hands. O4’s output is thus: Toolbox for sustainable clothes, SEE IT- TOUCH IT- FEEL IT.
